I was commissioned by SAP Hybris’ head of content to produce a complete stand-alone magazine exploring the latest developments in customer experience. The brief was for a magazine that a B2B audience would actually want to pick up and read, and with treatments that worked harder than the
Tech Beacon
A second one-off magazine, this time with the aim of promoting and publicising the work of SAP’s CX Labs division. A kind of Skunkworks for tech development, CX Labs builds prototypes, carries out experiments and generally We created a 28-page magazine around the theme of five key
usual staid B2B fare. Working with content agency Highbrook Media we created a 64-page printed magazine to be distributed at SAP’s CX Live event.
